For organisations

The workplace view.

You can’t manage what you can’t measure. Most organisations can’t tell you where their workforce actually stands, or whether what they’re spending on wellbeing is working — EAP utilisation typically sits at 3–4%, against a real incidence of mental ill-health closer to 30%. This is what a whole-population, opt-in check-in gives leaders instead: a confidential, de-identified read on how people are really tracking, built on the same questionnaires a psychologist would use — the check-in itself stays warm, private and voluntary for every person who takes it.

Below is a sample of that view — fictional data, built to show the shape of the reporting, not a real organisation.

Individual responses are always confidential. Organisations only ever see aggregated, de-identified group data — minimum cohort thresholds apply before any cut is shown. Nobody sees who answered what.
